I’ve always enjoyed writing – especially since I started earning my living using words and pictures.
It all began in the early 1970s, when I was working in public relations and jumped at the chance to write articles for house magazines.
It was great to be able to move on from that, to fulfil my ambition of writing advertising and later start writing for the web.
Along the way, I’ve written corporate and marketing brochures, annual reports, recruitment material, pack copy and – coming full circle – turned my hand to various forms of journalism.
More recently, I've been blogging for clients, for Creative Ampersand and for myself.
As a member of 26 – a writers' collective – I've also been writing poetry and fiction.
Now I'd like to write for you.
You can see the scope of my experience by checking out WHO I’VE WORKED FOR. And you’ll get an idea of my skills and abilities from the work on show in the other sections of this site.
Wherever you end up, I hope you’ll enjoy what you find.
If there’s anything more you want to know, such as my scale of fees and availability, I’d be glad to hear from you.
I hope that will be soon.
